Coastline Chowder

Serves 8

 

1 can low fat chowder (New England Style)

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped onions

1/4 cup fresh or canned crab meat

1/4 cup fresh or frozen scallops

fresh ground pepper to taste

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup skim milk

Heat soup and ingredients to serving temperature. If fresh seafood is used, cook only until the meat changes color. Do NOT boil or toughen by cooking too long.
