Green Bean Casserole

6 servings

1 can (10-ounces) condensed cream-of-chicken or cream-of-mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 (2.8-ounce) can French-fried onions

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen green beans or 2 (14-ounce) cans beans, drained

1. In a bowl, combine soup, milk and soy sauce, mixing until smooth. Mix in a half can of onions and all the beans. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until the beans are bubbling.

2. Top with the remaining onions and continue baking for 5 more minutes.
