Sikkim & Nepal - Bounded by Tibet to the North, Bhutan to the East, Nepal to the West and the plains of India to the South, here the tea grows in a wild, rocky landscape at high altitude. The chill gives it a different flavour to other teas. The neat black large leaf is not as greenish as Darjeeling or particularly tippy and has a slightly sweet honey fragrance.

NILGIRI - When translated the word "Nilgiris" means "Blue Mountain". They are the most spectacular and picturesque mountain range in southern India. Nilgiri teas are grown throughout the year unlike teas grown in the Darjeeling and Assam regions. Nilgiri teas are referred to as "The Fragrant One." The flavor and fragrance of a superior Nilgiri is the result of the high elevation at which it is grown, producing bright and brisk teas which do not cloud.
