1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Combine the shrimp, scallops, prawns, garlic, basil, tomato, mushroom, zucchini, olive oil, linguine, salt and pepper. Mix well to evenly coat everything with oil and to distribute seasonings.
2. Lay out parchment paper. Place seafood pasta mixture in the middle of the paper, fold parchment paper in half over pasta.
3. Beginning at one corner of paper, twist both sides of parchment together, folding towards the center, all the way around until pasta mixture is sealed inside parchment.
4. Place package in a baking pan with a little water in bottom of pan. (This keeps the parchment from sticking and burning).
5. Place pan in oven about 15 to 20 minutes. (The package will puff up.) To determine doneness, look at a few of the prawns through the parchment. They will be orange when fully cooked.
6. To serve, place parchment package on serving plate and open at the table. Serve with a good bread.
NOTE: You can quadruple this recipe with great results. No change to cooking time.
